Spacious room, good security. Prompt action taken when requested. Extra towel and soap provided. TV channels were good.

The room has a kitchen but without any supplie , bathroom had a 3 gallon boiler for hot water which was not enough for one person's shower, the location was over one hour drive from the airport, the restaurant and the room service menu are the same containing local food only, free breakfast contains only local food like rice and chicken not even one type of cheese or eggs,their was. a coffee maker available but no electrical outlets to use

We arrived Twin Hotel around 10am, which too early for check in but the hotel staff allowed us to check in without extra charge. Appreciate it, so we can rest awhile, and then start the programme of that day. :=)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff responded quickly to every request I had, including extra towels and soap. The security is excellent, and I felt very safe throughout my stay. The television channels available were impressive, with a great selection of options. The room was spacious, allowing me to relax and move around freely.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Hotel was near the downtown (10minutes by car ) and amusement park is in walking distance.also hitech mall nearby.

Staff at front desk weren"t helpful.They were slow and unexperienced on what they do.They have very high exchange rate so if you booked your hotel by dollars you are better to take the amount with you. Breakfast was too poor and our bedsheet was not clean.

staffs speak good English, near city center, easy to get a taxi. Security is good, room is spacious,

breakfast buffet is basic, not much choices. Restaurant also serves limited choices.

My partner and I recently enjoyed a romantic escape in Surabaya and chose to stay at a hotel that proved to be a great choice. the room was very roomy, with ample space for the two of us to unwind, relax and spend some quality time together. the security measures were good and we felt safe throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the array of TV channels that were on offer, providing entertainment and the chance to snuggle up together in comfort. Location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

everything in hotel is nice, good value, free wifi and nice pool. Love it the brackfast time cause many menu.

The room was pretty spacious and I felt secure enough inside. The TV channels were interesting and enjoyable. The location was convenient for me.

My stay wasn't as enjoyable as I had hoped for. The buffet breakfast was a letdown.

Some of the guests reported issues with the buffet breakfast. While the hotel offers a range of options, the quality of food served could be improved.

Having the living area separated from the bedroom was a nice touch.
